Client Support Services

Bolton Benefits is built around our clients' needs and expectations. We measure our success on the combined efforts produced by our partnership. We will review and develop with you a comprehensive annual service plan that outlines the various processes involved in the administration of your benefits program.

Your dedicated service team is assigned to provide support as follows:

  • Conduct benefit service days to educate and assist employees on utilizing their employee benefit plans
  • Educate employees in claims resolution and benefits related problems
  • Assist Human Resources in the resolution of billing, claims and administrative issues
  • Develop a comprehensive employee benefit survey to identify and evaluate your current benefit program
  • Analyze the results of the survey to determine appropriate plan modifications or changes
  • Facilitate training sessions to assist your supervisors in understanding the benefit program offered to their employees
  • Conduct semi-annual employee Q&A with various carriers
  • Provide quarterly newsletters
  • If applicable, initiate and prepare signature-ready 5500 forms
  • Provide an annual stewardship report, detailing all the activities and results for the year
