annual service plan that outlines the various processes involved
in the administration of your benefits program.
Your dedicated service team
is assigned to provide support as follows:
- Conduct benefit service
days to educate and assist employees on utilizing their
employee benefit plans
- Educate employees in
claims resolution and benefits related problems
- Assist Human Resources
in the resolution of billing, claims and administrative
issues
- Develop a comprehensive
employee benefit survey to identify and evaluate your current
benefit program
- Analyze the results of
the survey to determine appropriate plan modifications or
changes
- Facilitate training
sessions to assist your supervisors in understanding the
benefit program offered to their employees
- Conduct semi-annual
employee Q&A with various carriers
- Provide quarterly newsletters
- If applicable, initiate
and prepare signature-ready 5500 forms
- Provide an annual stewardship
report, detailing all the activities and results for the
year
