Employee Benefit Statement
One of the ways we have found
to be very successful towards improving employee morale as
well as employee retention is by providing employees with
"Benefit Statements." At Bolton
& Company, we have the ability to provide this to all
of our clients.
The Employee Benefit Statements
will provide employees with a better understanding and appreciation
for their benefits package, as well as help them to gain an
appreciation for the many dollars you are spending on their
behalf.
While these statements can contain
as much or as little as you desire, the standard type of information
generally included in the statements is:
